Your callback request
When you request a callback, we collect your name, mobile number and project purpose to contact you about that request. The website saves the request in private hosting storage and sends an email notification to the studio’s business mailbox and working Gmail inbox. Submitting does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Callback records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless they become part of an ongoing client relationship handled separately by the studio. You can ask us to correct or delete your information using the contact details below. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services.
Your room planner and WhatsApp
The room planner runs in your browser. Planner inputs are not included in the short callback request. Choosing WhatsApp opens a chat or draft; you must press Send in WhatsApp to deliver a message.
How to contact us
When you send a message, call or email, the studio uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. WhatsApp, your phone service and email provider process those communications under their own terms and privacy notices. Please do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the room planner or brief.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission, this website loads the Google tag for Google Ads to measure successful callback requests after they have been saved by the website. WhatsApp and telephone clicks are separate engagement events and do not fire the website’s lead conversion. General page visits, planner use and moving to the enquiry section are not configured here as lead conversions.
The Google tag can process information such as an advertising click identifier, browser and device information, page address and technical connection data. The contact-tracking code does not put your name, form values, phone number or WhatsApp message into Google event parameters. A random request reference is used to avoid counting the same request twice. Advertising personalisation is disabled in this implementation. No Google Analytics property is configured by this website update.
Your cookie choice
The optional Google tag is not loaded until you select Allow measurement. Declining does not stop callbacks, the website, planner, phone links or WhatsApp from working. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawal stops new measurement; it does not undo information already sent to Google. Clearing browser cookies and site data removes existing stored identifiers from that browser.
The hosting service may maintain technical access and security logs as part of operating the website. Callback records are stored outside the public website directory, with restricted file permissions. The website does not submit your enquiry to a marketing list.
